Plot layout drawing set
Enter your plot measurements (or import a CAD file) and get a complete architect-style drawing set: site plan, floor plan, elevations, a 3D view, and PDF and AutoCAD (DXF) downloads. The plan preview is free; the full drawing set and downloads are paid.

Prices are shown before GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
Each plot is a separate layout. Once a plot is paid for, you can open and download it as often as you like.
Realistic 3D renders (optional)
Photo-realistic pictures of your layout, like an architect's render set: a drone view, the truck court, and the view from the road. Add a photo of your plot and we also show the warehouse built in it. When you marked the plot on the map, the real neighbourhood around it is used.
- ₹299 + GST per plot (18% GST = ₹53.82, so you pay ₹352.82)
- Up to 12 pictures for that plot, enough to make the set 3 times. A picture that fails is not counted.
The pictures are AI-assisted illustrations; the drawings are what you build from.
Not satisfied? Talk to an expert
If the layout is still not what you want, ask for an expert from inside the app. The expert calls you, understands your plot and makes the layout with you. The expert decides the fee and tells you on the call; GST is added on top, and you pay only if you agree.
Payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST, which is added at checkout. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet through our payment partner Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
