1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the GLwarehousez app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you’re using the app on behalf of a company, you’re confirming you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. Who can use GLwarehousez
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the app. GLwarehousez is intended for genuine warehouse owners, brokers, and businesses seeking industrial space — not for general public browsing of a personal nature.
3. Your account
You can browse public listings without an account. Posting a listing, posting a requirement, saving listings, or contacting a seller requires signing in with your mobile number via a one-time SMS code. You’re responsible for keeping your device and account secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@glwarehousez.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Listings & requirements
- You’re solely responsible for the accuracy of any listing or requirement you post — address, area, pricing, photos, and availability.
- You confirm you have the right to list the property (as owner, authorized broker, or agent).
- We may remove, edit, or restrict visibility of any listing that appears fraudulent, duplicate, inaccurate, or violates these terms — including listings flagged by other users as “doesn’t match” a real property.
- GLwarehousez does not guarantee the availability, condition, or legal status of any listed property.
5. Community content & conduct
Ratings, comments, and verification votes on listings are meant to help other users assess a property in good faith. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Any user can report a comment they believe violates this policy, from the “⋮” menu on that comment.
- Any user can block another user, hiding that user’s comments from their own view going forward.
- We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. To reach us about abuse, contact support@glwarehousez.com.
6. Fees
Browsing, posting listings, posting requirements, and contacting other users through the app is currently free. If we introduce paid features in the future, we’ll clearly disclose pricing before you’re charged, and any in-app digital purchases will follow the applicable app store’s payment rules.
7. No brokerage relationship
GLwarehousez is a platform that connects parties — we are not a party to any lease, sale, or agreement you enter into with another user, and we do not act as a real-estate broker or agent unless separately and explicitly agreed in writing. Any transaction you complete with another user is solely between you and that user, at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listing information supplied by other users is accurate or current. You’re responsible for independently verifying any property before entering into a transaction.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLwarehousez and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or from any transaction or dispute with another user, beyond what applicable Indian law requires.
10. Termination
You can stop using the app anytime, and request account deletion from Profile → Delete Account (see the Privacy Policy, §9). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent listings, or abuse other users.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Effective” date above.
